ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION
Peel Stage (Outdoor stage close to the Castle Armoury): The road is cobbled (as part of a conservation area) which makes it prohibitive for certain wheelchairs. The pavements are flat however some of the stones are cracked in places. The pavement is blocked on one side adjacent to the stage area by the bar but the other side remains accessible. Crowd capacity at this stage is around 500 people.
T'Other Stage (Outdoor stage adjacent to the Parish Church): This stage provides full, flat access on a tarmac surface. The stage is elevated and the tarmac surface is in excellent condition.
Family Stage (Outdoor stage on Bank St): As above although the capacity at this stage is slightly lower and it is a long, narrow space rather than a wide one.
Originals Stage (Outdoor stage on Broad Street): This stage is positioned at the bottom of Broad St in an area which provides full level access.
The Wylde (central area hosting our market, first aid, safe area and the Robert Peel statue): Flat access with road closures either side, please be aware of crowds in this area.
Blind Tiger: (Indoor stage on Bolton St): No access to wheelchairs due to steep staircases
Parking: We make use of the town centre's existing parking spots and there are plenty of "blue badge" spaces in the immediate vicinity of the event.
Toilets: Most of our indoor venues have accessible facilities and there are also some accessible public toilets near the outdoor stages.
