Information for disabled visitors
We have tried our best to make our event as accessible as possible and to assist with this, we are delighted to be able to offer a free pass for Personal Assistants or essential companions who are caring for our disabled visitors aged 16+ during the event. SEE CONDITIONS BELOW. We also have a designated Safe Area which is situated on The Wylde. If you are applying for a pass, you must supply formal proof of your additional needs. Once your request is approved, you will receive an email to let you know where to collect the wristbands for yourself and your assistant.
POINTS TO NOTE
Registered Young Carers are welcome to apply for a companion pass but please check with individual venues for their terms of entry as carer status will not be accepted as a reason for underage entry.
